Eligible Products:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Custom/personalized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the product.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
Return Request Process:
- When filling out the form on the contact page, select “Return/Refund Request” in the “What help do you need?” dropdown.
- Once the “Return/Refund Request” option is selected, enter your order number and the reason for requesting a refund or return.
- Once submitted, we will reach out within 5-10 business days of the initial request.
- If the request is approved, more details will be given on how to send the products back for the final examination.
- If the request is denied, you will be contacted with an explanation as to why the request wasn’t approved.
- In the case of any refund, we reserve the right to refund only to the original payment method.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
